Potential analysis (Skills Assessment) for Project Executives
PROJECT EXAMPLE: EUROFIGHTER JAGDFLUGZEUG GMBH, HALLBERGMOOS, GERMANY
The coordination of the various stakeholders in partner companies and at the involved public authorities requires maximum leadership power and project competence of the Proejct Executives at Eurofighter.
The project aimed at the identification of the Status Quo of PM through a "Skills Assessment" and, according to that, the deduction of individual development demands. Based on that, the next step followed: the establishing of a qualification program according to target groups and demands.
Detailed project contents:
- Kick-off of measures with a workshop
- Conception of the PM-competence model via „Tiba Skill Check®“
- Testing of the Skills Assessments in a pilot group with subsequent fine-tuning of the competence model
- Realization of the Skills Assessments with experts and managers in two-hour individual interviews
- Definition of individual measures with the participants of Skills Assessments and the corresponding managers
- Elaboration of a consolidated overview of the PM-competencies of the organization
- Deduction and implementation of a qualification program targeting project managers, according to PMI®-Standard
The PM-qualification program has been designed and implemented by trainers of Tiba Managementberatung GmbH after completion of the Skills Assessments.
